Returns and Changes

Changes

BRUTAL COTTON S.L guarantees you a unique shopping experience. If once you receive your purchase you are not satisfied, you can exchange it for a different size or color or another model within 30 days of receipt. To proceed with your exchange, you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:

  • The product must not be used.
  • It must be sent in the same conditions as it was received.
  • You must notify us by email to info@deartee.com indicating your order number, your name, the reasons for which you are requesting the change and the references of the new items you wish.

The change or return of those products that are not in the same conditions as you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed.

We will proceed to send the new size or new color. The cost for this new shipment and the pickup of the item to be exchanged is 7 euros, which you will need to pay. If you prefer to return the product instead of exchanging it, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

You can return your online order at one of our physical stores: Dear tee Madrid (Espoz y Mina, 17) or Dear Tee Madrid (Calle de Colón, 11).

You have 30 days from the moment your order is sent to visit one of our stores. It is necessary to present the online purchase confirmation email in the store to be able to process the refund and accept the return.

We do not refund shipping costs, and the return will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank. Items must be in the same condition as when received.

Returns

In the event that the product does not meet your expectations when you receive it and you wish to make a return, you will have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt. To request a return, please contact us through our contact form and tell us your order number, your name and the reasons for which you are requesting the return. You must return the product to the following address, Calle Colón 11, 28004 Madrid (Specify that it is a return from the online shop and the order number).

We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period if the return is approved. The return of the item will be made as soon as possible.

Please return the item using or including its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. The return will be accepted if the product is returned in the same conditions as it was delivered. Returns of products that are not in the same conditions as you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be processed.

It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in our online store. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer or customer.

No returns are accepted if a change has already been made previously. We do not accept changes from the Canary Islands, only returns. Dear Tee is not responsible for amounts paid for delivery logistics management, and we do not refund shipping costs.
